EMPI drop spindles, are brand new units, not re-manufactured old cores. Sold as a pair
- CNC machined to exact tolerances.
- These forged drop spindles feature 1/4" outwards offset. Clearance is usually not an issue.
- Lower your car an automatic 2 1/2" just by bolting them on.
- Ball joint drop spindles require 1968.5 and later style outer tie rod ends, inner wheel bearings and wheel seals.
- For Drum brake cars
Fits:
- 1966-1977 standard Beetle (bug)
- 1966-1974 Karmann Ghia (Ghia disc brake models using these spindles will need to swap to drum brakes.)
- Does Not Fit Super Beetle
