Door panel clip seals are used on interior in the holes in the door and quarter panels before the door panel clip is secured to the door. This boot provides a more secure fit for the door panel, seals out moisture and eliminates many annoying squeaks.
This boot is also used to prevent moisture from entering the car and rust from forming in the holes where the metal molding clip is inserted in body holes for side and hood molding.
